ASBE is a non-profit organization that promotes sustainable building products and services as solutions to people charged with constructing or operating facilities. In this role, ASBE has brought its members' collective knowledge and expertise as well as its broad range of products and services to a number of unique projects, both internally and externally.

Urban Living LaboratoryUrban Living Laboratory

The Urban Living Laboratory is a planned community being constructed in Dallas — built with state–of–the–art products and evolving green building techniques from ASBE members — that not only observes how people live, work and play, but also monitors the interaction between the buildings’ occupants and their components to evaluate efficiencies and sustainability.

Virtual BuildingVirtual Building

One building. Infinite possibilities. The Virtual Building provides an overview of how the most appropriate sustainable solutions provided by ASBE members can be installed and implemented in an existing building retrofit. It highlights the products and services of each member company and illustrates how they impact the overall ROI of the facility.

Old Capitol GreenOld Capitol Green

Old Capitol Green is a master-planned community in the central business district of Jackson, Miss. The development, led by Full Spectrum, will be the largest green community in the state and among the first to meet the LEED for Neighborhood Development standards. ASBE, as a development partner, will identify solution to help the development strive to chieve LEED Gold for all buildings.
